Below are the deadlines to place online orders at our site if you want to make sure your orders will arrive by Christmas Eve on December 24th, 2022.
NOTE: From Dec 5th to Dec 8th, ONLY using fast shipping option by DHL Express for Jerseys, Tracksuits and Anthem Jackets can ensure your orders will arrive in time for Christmas.
Orders placed after the cut off times indicated are not guaranteed to be dispatched under our usual shipping time frames or delivered by the estimated times provided by the courier.

1. Handle and Shipping time:
- All our jerseys with customized name/ number are handmade according to your demand, so the handled time is in 3-8 business days and delivery time takes about 10-15 business days.
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
- Due to the effect of pandemic, there may be delays in order processing and shipping. While we are working to get orders out as quickly as possible, our warehouses will continue working on rotating split shifts with smaller crews to practice social distancing and follow health guidelines.
2. Order Modifications Or Cancellation:
- After having placed your order, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request the order modification or cancellation with free of charge.
- After 12 hours to 24 hours, your order has already been in processing production, therefore, if you request the cancellation, 30% of the total bill will be imposed as cancellation charge.
- Also, there is no refund for cancellation after 24 hours of ordering.
